someone tells another person to grow up like they’re above them or something. Like it makes them powerful putting another person down. They make the person feel ashamed for their actions that are “childish” Get over yourself. I am in charge of my own life thank you very much. You’re the one that’s going to grow up too fast and be the cat lady with 50 cats so hush.
